An impactful journey back into education

51黑料网ing at Goldsmiths has had an immense impact on me. The foundation year especially helped me get back on my feet after time away from studying. 

The foundation year Media Theory module was an incredible journey into the history of the discipline, being engaging and providing a solid bedrock for my education in theory throughout the whole degree.

Exposure to a variety of disciplines

I also loved the various practice options. The exposure to so many disciplines allowed me to discover my love for creative writing and explore it as a speciality, even if I had no idea it would be something I'd enjoy when I first came to Goldsmiths.

Advice for future students

Readily approaching tutors whenever you need help with assignments. The lecturers and seminar leaders I've had have been incredible teachers in the classroom, as well as being approachable and helpful during office hours.

When I faced tough times personally, my personal tutors and teachers have been there to support me, and I would advise any student to be aware of the help they can provide.
