It is important to deal with serious problems as soon as they occur. Here is who to contact for immediate help.

For a life-threatening emergency call 999 immediately or go to your nearest .
If you feel worried about the thoughts / feelings / behaviour you are experiencing, feel suicidal and worry that you can no longer keep yourself safe please seek support immediately.
- Dial 999, or ask a friend or family member to do this for you
- If you need urgent help with your mental health, please call NHS 111, and select option 2. They will make recommendations for further support based on your circumstances

If you are feeling suicidal, there are people you can talk to who want to help:
- Reach out to someone you trust if you can. Talking with a supportive person may help you feel less alone, provide emotional support, and help you access the care and support you need

Goldsmiths Campus Security is in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your protection. If you are on campus or in university accommodation call 0207 896 2121.
Security is based overnight in the Library, Loring Hall and the front of the Richard Hoggart Building. Our community can use these locations as spaces of refuge if you are near campus and are in need of help.
